Geoffrey Plant-Richmond is a self-taught contemporary painter who resides in Toronto, Ontario. His work, which exists in the mid-point between painting and sculpture, typically incorporates heavy texture and two-tone color schemes. He develops the heavily textured appearance by sculpting the paint by hand during an on-going drying period. Plant-Richmond's paintings create a viewing experience in which variety and complexity are discussed.
